BREAKING NEWS: Australian Dairy Farmers and Woolworths have announced that from Tuesday, 19 February 2019, Woolworths will stop selling $1-litre milk as part of its effort to support sustainability in Australia's dairy sector.

The $1-milk price was introduced in 2011.

News reports (see Sydney Morning Herald) state that the price will rise to $1.10 for 1-litre ($2.20 for 2-litres; $3.30 for 3-litres) -- with the extra 10 cents going directly to dairy farmers.
